That is the work here. Independent advice on strategy, capital, and transactions, for a small number of clients at a time. No product to sell, no fund to raise, no incentive except getting the decision right.
This site will stay quiet, like the firm. From time to time I will publish notes here on what I am seeing in the market and on the craft of advising well. If something proves useful, good. If you are staring down one of those consequential decisions yourself, even better.
